How long does order processing take?
Every order placed at vexfashion.com is processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Sunday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days for deliveries within the United States. For orders shipped to the European Union, transit times may vary depending on the destination country.
We deliver seven days a week and provide FREE shipping on all orders.
When will my order arrive?
For US orders, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from the date of purchase. EU delivery times may be longer depending on customs processing and destination.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number along with a link to our tracking tool.

How are my items packaged?
We take great care in packaging every order to help prevent damage during transit. Each product is securely wrapped and cushioned before being shipped out.
What shipping method is used?
Orders are dispatched via standard ground shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Which carrier delivers my order?
FedEx is our primary delivery partner. Depending on your location, UPS, USPS, or another available courier may handle your delivery.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or is missing?
If your item arrives broken, damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include a photograph of the item so we can arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting your local carrier to verify the delivery.
