Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from vexfashion.com. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Simply contact our support team by email or phone and we will guide you through the process. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or was not as described.

Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund. All returns must include original packaging and the item must be in unused condition.

For return requests, please email support@vexfashion.com. Our customer support team works to reply to all messages within 12 hours during regular business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).

Refunds (If Applicable)

After we receive and examine your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Our Rights Regarding Returns

IMPORTANT: Once a return has been initiated, your items must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days. If your return does not reach us within that timeframe, we reserve the right to decline the return.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, or are missing components. Any cases of suspected fraud or abuse will be handled accordingly.

My Order Arrived Damaged or Is Missing

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery and include a photograph of the item. We will send a replacement or provide a complete refund.

If you wish to return the item, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend contacting your local carrier to confirm.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or canceled.
